You may download, print and complete our Registration Form (English or Spanish) and turn it in , along with your payment, at the Arches during the morning of March 8, 2008 to become a part of the Cancer Walk. Each REGISTERED PARTICIPANT will receive a Packet containing a bottle of drinking water, a Cancer Walk Teeshirt, a Cancer Walk wristband, a sun visor and a participant's number tag with a lunch ticket attached. Lunch will be served at the Malecón upon completion of YOUR walk. Electronic registration (including your payment or donation) is being created by means of a Pay Pal link but is not yet operational. As soon as this service link is completed, you will be able to complete your registration completely on line and receive a voucher that you may exchange for your PACKET at the arches after 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008. Steering Committee members and their "Donation Assistants" may download our official SPONSORS SHEET by clicking it's button. |

Upon receipt of your Registration Form and payment, you will receive, via return mail, a voucher that can be exchanged for your Cancer Walk Packet when presented at our Pre-Registration table at the Arches beginning at 8:30 a,m. Saturday, March 8, 2008
