CHAIRPERSON: LYNETTE OUSLEY

The purpose of this committee is to raise funds through the sale of ticket packages to prospective Cancer Walk participants. Each Ticket Package will contain a Cancer Walk Tee Shirt, a Cancer Walk Visor, 1 bottle of potable water, 1 Lunch Voucher, a Walk Identification badge and, when applicable, a Sponsor's Badge.

• Solicit and train volunteers to serve on this committee.
• Create an operational plan describing the Cancer Walk registration procedures.
• Create, publish and distribute throughout the local community a Cancer Walk Registration Form in English and Spanish.
• Identify essential support equipment and report that need to the Municipal Services Committee no later than 1 February.
• Conduct Cancer Walk registration in accordance with the Steering Committee's directives.
• Prepare and submit to the Steering Committee a Lessons Learned report to facilitate next year's Cancer Walk preparations.
