The purpose of this committee is to create and publish Cancer Walk Publicity

1. Solicit and train volunteers to serve on this committee
2. Create a publicity plan to disseminate throughout the targeted region selected information describing the San Felipe Cancer Walk organization, purpose, needs and operations
3. Originate and disseminate newsprint publicity
4. Originate and disseminate Mobile Voice publicity announcements
5. Originate and disseminate television publicity announcements
6. Originate and disseminate radio publicity announcements
7. Originate and post Internet web page publicity announcements
8. Design a Cancer Walk tee shirt, solicit competitive production bidding, and have the tee shirts created for Walk Day distribution and sales.
9. Estimate the cost of essential materials and deliver that funding need to the Steering Committee at the earliest practical opportunity.
10. Prepare and submit to the Steering Committee a Lessons Learned report to facilitate next year's Cancer Walk preparatons.
