FOOD SERVICES COMMITTEE

CHAIRPERSON: ROSALINA RAMOS LAXCANO

The purpose of this committee is to prepare and provide a planned luncheon package for Cander Walk participants and as a fund raiser from interested non-Walk participants.
  • Solicit and train volunteers to serve on this committee.
  • Disseminate Service Center (talbe and chair) needs to the Municipal Community.
  • Plan, create or obtain, and serve a fast food menu to be served (gratis) to each paid Cancer Walk participant.
  • Plan, create or obtain, and serve a fast-food menu to be offered for sale at a nominal cost to all others.
  • Identify and obtain the requisite food services cooking, serving, refrigeration, cleanup and electrical supply equipment essential for this event.
  • Prepare and submit to the Steering Committee a Lessons Learned report to facilitate next year's Cancer Walk preparations.
