CHAIRPERSON: CHUCK KNOX

The purpose of this committee is to plan, solicit, store and display donations of physical property to be offered to the public as a fund raising activty.

• Solicit and train committee volunteers.
• Organize and disseminate throughout the San Felipe community a plan to accept donated materials for Cancer Walk Fund Raising purposes.
• Create a plan for a Malecón-based SALES CENTER for donated materials auction, raffle and sales purposes and submit that plan to the Steering Committee for support purposes.
• Create a list of donated materials to be offered for sale on the Cancer Walk web pages.
• Prepare and submit to the Steering Commatte a Lessons Learned report to facilitate next year's Cancer Walk preparations.
